摘要
球团焙烧是一个复杂的物理和化学变化过程,通过对该过程的分析,提出了回转窑温度控制的基本算法,以及基于神经网络的回转窑温度控制方法。用实际生产数据作为神经网络的训练输入,模拟得出回转窑目标温度与相关输入的线性模型,为回转窑最优控制提供了最佳的温度设定值。
Pellet induration is a complicated process with physical and chemical change,through analysis of the process,the basic algorithm for temperature control of rotary kiln and rotary kiln temperature control method based on neural network were introduced. The hnear model of goal temperature of rotary kiln and relative input were simulated using the actual production data as input of neural network,and the best temperature setting value was provided for optimal control of rotary kiln.
