Thermodynamic Model of Sintering Waste Heat Power Generation and Optimization of Main Steam Parameters

摘要 总结了国内外烧结余热发电技术及烧结余热资源的特性,并据此建立了烧结余热发电系统热力学模型,分析了主蒸汽参数与余热发电系统最大发电能力的关系,以及影响系统发电功率的主要因素,得出了最佳的主蒸汽参数。 The sintering waste gas power generation technology at home and abroad and the characteristics of sintering waste heat resources were summarized,and based on this, the thermodynamic model of sintering waste heat power generation system was set up. The relation between main steam parameters and maximum waste heat generation capacity and the main influencing factors for system generation output were analyzed,and the optimal main steam parameters were obtained.
