彩色多普勒超声引导下外周静脉导入中心静脉置管在肿瘤患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下外周静脉导入中心静脉置管术(简称PICC)在肿瘤患者中的临床操作实用性及优越性。方法:对98例肿瘤患者经高频彩色多普勒超声引导下行PICC置管。结果:在彩色多普勒超声引导下行PICC置管成功率为97%,置管时间89~290 d,平均127 d。结论:彩色多普勒超声引导下行PICC置管能够极大地提高置管成功率,减少机械性静脉炎,穿刺点感染等并发症,延长了置管时间,降低了治疗成本,宜广泛用于肿瘤患者。
