挤压铸造SiCp/ZL101复合材料中Si相的电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 利用透射电镜观察了挤压铸造SiCp/ZL101 复合材料中 Si相的分布形态,分别发现在基体中析出和依附SiC颗粒表面生长这两类 Si的分布形态,还有少量 Mg2 Si粒子在后者界面附近析出。 The distribution and morphology of silicon phase in squeezed cast SiCp/ZL101 composite were observed using transmission electron microscope (TEM).It was found that there were two kinds of silicon phase,one precipitated in the matrix,the other precipitated along the surface of SiC particle.And small amounts of Mg\-2Si particles precipitated near the latter silicon phase.Considering the squeeze cast process and the corresponding phase diagram,their formation mechanisms were analyzed.
