川崎病患儿肝功及心肌酶谱情况与冠状动脉损伤的关系 被引量:3

The Relationship Between Liver Function,Condition of Myocardiac Enzymology and Coronary Artery Lesion in Children with Kawasaki Disease

摘要 目的探讨川崎病(KD)患儿入院时肝功、心肌酶谱与冠状动脉损伤(CAL)的关系。方法选择确诊为KD患儿58例,通过超声心动图检查患儿冠状动脉情况,其中28例有冠状动脉损伤,30例无冠状动脉损伤。应用全自动生化分析仪对各组进行肝功、心肌酶谱检测。结果有冠状动脉损伤的患儿丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)分别为(93.50±46.85)U/L、(87.25±70.61)U/L,显著高于无冠状动脉损伤组(47.80±39.24)U/L、(29.60±17.54)U/L,而门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(HB-DH)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)两组经比较,差异无显著性。结论 KD患儿ALT、GGT的升高可作为预测KD患儿冠状动脉病变的参考指标之一。 OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation of liver function and condition of myocardiac enzymology with coronary artery lesion(CAL) in hospitalized KD children.METHOD 58 children with KD,including 28 children who have CAL and 30 have no CAL after echocardiography on coronary artery condition of KD children.Liver function and myocardiac enzymology tests will be taken by automatic biochemical analysator.RESULT Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and γ-aminoacyl transferase(GGT) KD children who have CAL are(93.5±46.85)U/L and(87.25±70.61)U/L,both are significantly higher than non-CAL group,(47.8±39.24)U/L,(29.6±17.54)U/L.However,there's no significant difference between the two groups in aspartic acid aminopherase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(HB-DH) and creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MB).CONCLUSION Increasing of ALT and GGT could be one of the reference for estimating coronary artery desease in KD patient.
