下颌骨重建过程中的髁突原位保留技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 下颌骨为双侧联动关节,要想获得良好的功能重建,最重要的就是要保证下颌骨髁状突的正常位置,即髁突原位保留。目前临床上采用的髁突原位保留技术主要包括上下颌固定技术、外固定技术及CAD、CAM技术。近年来相关研究较多,也取得了一些进展。现综述如下。
