马钱子对雏鸡血液生理生化指标的影响

摘要 为了观察马钱子对雏鸡血液生理生化指标的影响,将120只20日龄的雏鸡随机分为4个处理组(马钱子质量分数分别为1%、0.2%、0.01%和0.005%),同时设1个正常对照组,饲喂正常饲料,试验期30 d。分别在试验的14 d、21 d和30 d,每组扑杀4只雏鸡。采用全自动生化分析仪和细胞分析仪对雏鸡血液进行分析,结果表明:试验30 d时,1%剂量组雏鸡谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量显著升高,IgG含量降低;0.01%剂量组中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量最高,分别为(3.80±0.25)mmol/L和(1.24±0.51)mmol/L,IgG含量显著升高,达(469.17±31.66)mg/L,AST、ALT与正常对照组比较无明显变化;0.005%剂量组在试验期和对照组比较变化不显著。由此可见,0.01%剂量组马钱子的添加量可增强雏鸡机体的代谢水平,提高雏鸡的体液免疫力。 To select the appropriate additives to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical production,effects of strychnos on physiological and biochemical indices of chicken blood were studied in this paper.A total of 120 20-day-old chickens were randomly divided into four groups,four treatment groups fed with 1%,0.2%,0.01%,or 0.005% strychnos and one control group fed with normal diet for the time period of 30 days.Chickens of each group were slaughtered at 14,21,and 30 days post-treatment.Physiological and biochemical indices of chicken blood were analyzed using automatic biochemical analyzer and cell analyzer.The results showed that AST and ALT of 1% dose group was higher,but IgG obviously decreased.Cholesterol and triglycerides of the 0.01% does group were highest and at the end of the experiments,IgG increased to(469.17±31.66) mg/L.No change of AST and ALT were observed.The results indicated that addition of 0.01% strychnos enhanced the body's metabolism and humoral immunity.
