摘要
以2010年第二届全国白酒品酒技能大赛给出的考评酒样为品评酒样,从香型、质量差、香味成分、酒度的鉴别训练等方面总结了自己的经验和体会。
The evaluating liquor samples in 2010 National Liquor Tasting Skills Contest were used as examples in this paper, and the author summed up her experience and skills of tasting these samples from the aspects including liquor flavor types, liquor quality difference, liquor flavoring components, and liquor alcoholicity etc.
