摘要 阐述了餐厨垃圾的性质及现有处理方法;分析了餐厨垃圾循环处理产业化存在的问题,主要有:餐厨垃圾的产生单位对餐厨垃圾的危害和处理意识淡薄、管理制度不完善、循环处理技术水平低。以循环经济理念为理论基础,在"3R"原则的指导下,提出了餐厨垃圾产业化的对策:建立完善的餐厨垃圾处理和管理系统,建设循环处理"一条龙"式的"产业链",增加处理补偿,提高循环处理技术水平。 The properties of food waste and its existing processing methods were introduced in this paper,and problems with the industrialization of food waste circular processing were analyzed.The food-waste producers are lacking in consciousness for the hazard of food waste and its treatment.The management system remains imperfect,and the technical capabilities of circular processing are low.Based on the circular economy logos and the "3R" principle,countermeasures on the food waste industrialization were suggested.A perfect system for the processing and management of food waste should be established and a coordinated-process industry chain for circular processing should be constructed.In addition,the compensation and the technical competence for circular processing should be increased.
