天然高分子改性阳离子絮凝剂的合成及其性能与机理的研究 被引量:21

摘要 以天然高分子物F691粉为原料,合成了一种新型阳离子絮凝剂FNQD。研究表明:在NaOH/F691 质量比1、醚化剂/F691 质量比1.5,反应温度50℃、反应时间3h 条件下,FNQD具有优异的絮凝性能。当pH= 7、投加量3m g/l时,FNQD对高岭土悬浊液的浊度去除率> 95% ,絮凝性能明显优于PAM- C。 A novel cationic flocculant FNQD was produced by using the natural polymer F 691 powder as raw material.The studies showed that:FNQD had excellent flocculation performance under the conditions of NaOH/F 691 mass ratio=1,etherizing agent/F 691 mass ratio=1.5,reacting temperature=50℃ and reacting time=3 hours.The turbidity removal ratio of FNQD toward kaolinite containing suspension was larger than 95% when pH value was 7 and dosage of FNQD was 3 mg/l,which was clearly superior to that of PAM-C.The mechanism studies demonstrated that the excellent flocculation effect and good running stability of FNQD come mainly from the mosaic force between FNQD and colloid and the semirigid structure of FNQD molecule chain.
