摘要
采用则塑性有限元法对杆杆型复合挤压过程进行了数值模拟,在此基础上,根据模拟计算得到的变形体内的应力、应变场的变化,采用质点跟踪技术,运用韧性断裂准则,对金属变形时产生的工件杆部表面裂纹缺陷进行预测,实验结果表明,数值计算结果与实验结果相当吻合。此项研究对于实际生产中工艺及模具设计提高产品质量方面具有指导性意义。
In this paper, the rigid plastic finite element method is used to simulate the rod rod axisymmetric combined extrusion. Furthermore, on the basis of the stress and strain fields of the deformation part, the traced point technology and the ductile fracture criteria are adopted to predict the crack defects appearing on the experimental ones. The study can give some advice to technicians in process design and tool design.
