摘要
对在猪、兔盲肠及牛瘤胃内分离的可能对粗纤维具有分解能力的7 种细菌、1 种真菌H及7 种细菌混合菌群、7 种细菌和真菌H 混合菌群在体外对试验样品原料粗糠进行粗纤维的消化分解;然后采用饲料中粗纤维测定的标准方法,对各菌种及混合菌群的消化分解试验样品进行粗纤维的百分含量的测定;通过方差分析,从而比较出各菌种及其混合菌群对粗纤维的消化分解能力。试验结果表明:菌种E、菌种F、菌种A、真菌H、7 种细菌混合菌群、7 种细菌与真菌H的混合菌群、菌种C最强,其对粗纤维的分解率分别是:9.89% 、9.51% 、7.92% 、7.20% 、6.67% 、4.36% ;菌种D其次,其分解率为3.34% ;而菌种B、菌种G对粗纤维的分解能力不显著,分别为2.68% 、0.67% 。
The external digestion resolution of seven species of bacteria, H fungus and seven species of bacteria mixtures and the mixtures of seven species of becteria and H fungus separated from the caecum of pig and rabbit,and the cow's rumen to the crude bran was carried out. Then the contents of crude fiber in the examples resoluted by various bacteria media and their mixtures were determined with the standard method.Therefore the digestive resolution of various bacteria and their mixtures media to crude fiber was compared through the analysis of variance. The results showed that the resolution of E bacterium medium, F bacterium, A bacterium, H fungus, seven species bacteria mixtures, seven species of bacteria and H fungus mixtures and C bacteria were 9.98%,9.51%,7.92%,7.20%,6.67% and 4.36% respectively , the secondary resolution of D bacterium was 3.34%, and that of B and G bacteria was only 2.68% and 0.67% respectively.
