摘要
以经济性、舒适性、安全性为一级准则指标,综合考虑评价学生宿舍楼设计方案的诸多准则、指标及其影响因素,建立了包含3层评判准则的递阶层次结构.利用层次分析法原理,对4个方案图纸信息数据进行转化,并模拟了3类人员(富裕学生、贫穷学生、学校)进行评判打分,构造出了相应的判断矩阵.利用和积法,进行了层次单排序和总排序,得出了评判结果,所建立的评价系统能客观的做出评判,符合实际情况.
Criteria for the Level 1 with economy,comfort and safety is given,various standards,index and influencing factors of evaluation for students dormitory design are considered.Using AHP,data of 4 drawings scheme can be transformed,and a mark was given to simulate 3 types of people（rich students,poor students,school）,corresponded judgment matrix is shown.Using sum and product,hierarchy single sorting and hierarchy total sorting are given,and evaluation results were obtained,which proved the evaluation system can make judgments tally with the actual situation objectively.
