摘要
针对观察到的一种少见的仅存在于表面淬火层内的裂纹,分析了其形成原因,定性地揭示了感应加热过程中的升温规律和温度分布,阐明了淬火冷却过程中的组织转变顺序,对于深入研究感应加热淬火过程中的传热和组织转变规律有一定的促进作用。
Due to its high efficiency,energy saving and friendly environment,induction hardening is one of the most promising surface hardening technologies.In view of the optimization and application of this technique,it is necessary to investigate induction heating process and temperature distribution in surface layer.This paper deals with the problem indirectly by analysing a rare kind of crack in the hardened layer,exploring the heating rate and the temperatue distribution during the induction heating process,discussing the phase transition process in quenching.All of these will promote the study and application of induction hardening.
