摘要
离子交换装置的参数较多,利用传统的经验法与试算法很难得到最优解,且计算繁琐、工作量大。利用优化设计方法,把离子交换装置的设计问题转化为最优化问题,能设计出最优的离子交换装置,同时也提高了工作效率。
The design of ion exchange unit is in charge of many parameters and complex calculation.It's hard to acquire the optimal solution from conventional methods of experience and pilot calculation,and it's cockamamie and has a great deal of work.In the article,an optimal design method was put forward for designing optimal ion exchange unit via changing engineering design to optimal design.Using this method,the working efficiency can be improved greatly.
