摘要
目的探讨一种简单有效的处理下肢静脉交通支病变的手术方法。方法 2009年3月至2011年1月,我科共治疗下肢静脉功能不全疾病CEAP分类C4以上患者37例共48条肢体,我们在小腿驱血下应用剪刀钝性、锐性分离法处理下肢交通支静脉病变以及炎症粘连。结果所有患者病变得到控制,溃疡愈合良好,并发症极少。结论驱血下剪刀分离法能有效处理小腿静脉交通支病变以及炎症粘连情况,操作简便,值得推广。
Objective To investigate a simple and effective measure to handle the abnormal perforating vein during the operation of venous insufficiency of lower limb. Methods 48 limbs in 37cases patients suffering from venous insufficiency with a higher grade than CEAP C4 were treated from March 2009 to January 2011,after bleeding was controlled by a tourniquet,we used scissors to handle the perforating vein and adherence by blunt dissection and sharp dissection. Results The lesions were controlled and the ulcers were healed well,with little complications. Conclusion The measure is simple and effective in handling the perforating vein and adherence of skin,and it is worthy of promotion.
