摘要
目的检测黏蛋白1(MUC1)、E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)在肝门胆管癌组织中的表达,探讨其在肝门胆管癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法取青岛大学医学院附属医院2006年6月至2009年6月手术切除且临床随访资料完整的54例肝门胆管癌的石蜡包埋组织标本。采用免疫组化S-P法染色,检测石蜡切片中MUC1与E-cadherin的表达情况,应用SPSS13.0统计软件对实验数据进行统计学处理。结果 (1)MUC1、E-cadherin在肝门胆管癌组织中高表达率分别为68.5%、33.3%,正常胆管组织中MUC1、E-cadherin高表达率分别为20%、80%。肝门胆管癌组织和正常胆管组织之间MUC1、E-cadherin的表达比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)肝门胆管癌组织中MUC1、E-cadherin蛋白的表达均与肿瘤的侵袭转移能力、患者的生存期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 MUC1、E-cadherin可能参与肝门胆管癌的发生、发展、转移过程。
Objective To detect the expression of MUC1 and E-cadherin in hilar cholangiocarcinoma and investigate their role they will play in the occurrence and development of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods Specimens used for this study were obtained from 54 hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients who underwent surgery from June 2006 to June 2009 and confirmed pathologically.Immunohistochemical staining of MUC1 and E-cadherin protein were detected with S-P method.Statistical analysis was executed by SPSS13.0 software.Results(1)High expression rate of MUC1 and E-cadherin in hilar holangiocarcinoma tissues was 68.5% and 33.3% respectively.Those in the normal bile duct tissues was 20% and 80%.There was significant difference between hilar cholangiocarcinoma and normal hilar bile duet tissues(P0.05).(2)The expression of MUC1 and E-cadherin protein in the hilar cholangiocarcinoma tissues had relation with tumor invasion and the patient's survival(P0.05).Conclusion It suggests that MUC1 and E-cadherin protein may be involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
