摘要 针对浓香型曲酒生产中乳酸乙酯偏高问题提出了10点解决措施 。 The article put forward ten points of solving the problems of the high content of ethyl lactate in the production of Luzhou-flavour liquor.By these means,the content of ethyl lactate was well controlled.
