摘要 分析了声发射信号特征参数的取值方法,并介绍了声发射检漏技术在高压加热器内管泄漏监测上的硬件连接方式.通过实例应用表明,声发射检漏技术能够很好地解决高压加热器内管泄漏的查漏难题,具有快速、准确的特点,可早期发现小泄漏事件,从而提高高加运行的安全性和可靠性. The characteristics parameters on acoustic emission signal were analyzed,and the hardware connections of high pressure heater inner tube leakage monitoring system based on acoustic emission were introduced also,the application shown that the acoustic emission leakage detection method could monitor the leakage of inner tube in high pressure.This method was fast,accurate,and could detect small leakage in early events,so the safety and reliability of high pressure heater operation were enhanced.
