摘要
本文从人力资源保障、后勤支持系统、护士的教育和管理、护理安全配套管理和护理工作模式等方面介绍了日本医院以人为本的服务管理体系和现代的护理管理模式,认为应借鉴日本的做法,结合我国现状,为保证护理人员资源提供政策支持,研发出我国的"护理必要度"评价系统,利用"护士充足率"进行合理的人员配置管理;设置完备的后勤支持系统,配置相关的专业人员,并规范各类医疗人员的执业行为及工作范畴;对护士实行目标管理,定期进行自我评价和"面对面"的他人评价,以确保评价的客观性;落实护士分层级管理,实施整体责任包干、组长负责的小组制护理。
This paper introduces Japanese human-oriented servicing management system and its modern nursing management style in the perspective of human resource,logistics system,education and management of nurse and nursing safety.Given current domestic situation,related policies and evaluation system should be established for nursing staff so as to allocate nurses reasonably.Meanwhile,logistics system present is regarded to be improved to standardize medical behavior.For nurses,a system combining regular self-evaluation and evaluations from others could bring subjective evaluation.Besides,panel nursing was recommended in the paper.
