摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀与洛伐他汀治疗老年高血脂症患者的疗效及安全性。方法将112例老年高血脂症患者随机分成A、B两组,各56例。A组:给予阿托伐他汀,10 mg/d;B组:给予洛伐他汀,20 mg/d。治疗前、治疗第6周后检查两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)。结果两组均能显著降低TC、LDL-C、TG,升高HDL-C(P<0.05),A组作用强于B组(P<0.05)。两组均有良好的安全性。结论阿托伐他汀与洛伐他汀均能有效调整老年患者血脂水平,阿托伐他汀作用明显优于洛伐他汀,两者均有好的安全性。
Objective To investigate the efects and the safety of atorvastatin and lovastatin on aged patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 112 patients were randomly divided into two groups.56 in Group A were given orally atorvastatin 10 mg/d,and 56 in the Group B were given lovastatin 20 mg/d orally,respectively.The levels of serum total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and triglyceride（TG）were measured in the 6th week.And the changes of the levels of alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and the creatine phosphokinase（CPK） in the two groups before and after the treatments were also observed.Results In the 6th week,the levels of TCH,the LDL-C,the TG and HDL-C was significantly reduced in both groups.The reliability in both two groups was good.Conclusion Both atorvastatin and lovastatin 2 are effective and reliable in the treatment of Hyperlipidemia,with atorvastatin superior to lovastatin in therapeutic effects.
