造粒方式及物料含水率对烟梗颗粒质量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用正交试验设计的方法研究了造粒方式、物料含水率、造粒次数对膨胀烟梗造粒过程中物料损耗率、造粒得率及所制备的成品颗粒填充值的影响。结果表明:①造粒方式对物料损耗率、造粒得率及成品填充值的影响均达到了显著水平,F值分别达到12.208,5.59,10.372,贡献率为42.898%,53.410%,59.822%;②造粒次数对造粒得率的影响也较大,F值达到11.919,贡献率为41.792%;③物料含水率对各指标影响有一定的影响,但影响程度不显著;④综合各项试验指标,锤片式造粒是颗粒梗制备工艺中一种较好的造粒方式,物料含水率30%左右、造粒次数2~3次比较合理。 The effects of granulation methods,stem moisture contents and repetitive granulation on stem waste,granulous stem yield and filling power were studied by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that: 1) granulation method significantly influenced stem waste,granulous stem yield and filling power,the F values of significance test were 12.208,5.590,10.372 with the contribution rates of 42.898%,53.410%,59.822%,respectively;2) repetitive granulation also obviously affected granulous stem yield,the F value and contribution rate were 11.919 and 41.792%,respectively;3) stem's moisture content affected these experimental results as well,but not significant;4) on the whole,hammer granulation was a better method for preparing granulous stem.The suitable stem moisture content was about 30% and repeated granulation for 2 to 3 times.
