摘要
针对扩散制造这种面向武器装备等复杂产品网络化制造模式,提出了扩散制造联盟构建方法,给出了网络化制造耦合性等相关概念,并提出了基于降耦及升耦的扩散联盟构建策略;分析扩散任务相关性,建立扩散任务相关性矩阵;分析扩散资源相关性,确定资源配置优化目标,实现了扩散资源升耦优化配置,完成了扩散联盟的构建;描述了某型号扩散制造在扩散联盟构建平台上的应用,验证了扩散联盟构建过程的可行性和实用性。
According to extended manufacturing was a new networked manufacturing model,which was oriented to armament and another complex products,a construction method of extended manufacturing alliance was proposed.The concept of networked manufacturing coupling was presented,and the construction process of extended alliance based on rising coupling and dropping coupling strategies was proposed;The correlation of extended tasks was analyzed,and dropping coupling decomposition was realized.The correlation of extended resources was analyzed,the optimization objective of resource allocation was determined,and extended resources rising coupling allocation was realized.At last,the application of aircraft on the extended manufacturing platform was described,and feasibility and applicability of the method of the extended alliance construction were verified.
