摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)为基体树脂,乙丙弹性体和丁苯弹性体为增韧剂,采用多种特殊技术,通过化学反应研制了一系列增韧PE-HD母料(E-TMB)。用分级提取和红外光谱方法研究了E-TMB的化学结构;讨论了弹性体配比对E-TMB化学结构的影响。
Series of toughening polyethylene master batch (E-TMB) were synthesized by using lots of special technique and chemical reactions with high density polyethylene (PE-HD) as matrix resin, ethylene-propylene elastomer(M) ancl butadiene-styrene elastomer(N) as the toughening agents. The chemical structure of the E-TMB was researched by using fractional extraction and infrared spectroscopy. The influence of different elastomer ratios on the chemical structure of E-TMB were discussed.
