摘要
使用WZS-6000型真空热处理炉对TC4管坯进行轧制前热处理,热处理温度分别为800、860和920℃,保温1h炉冷至500℃再空冷至室温。对热处理后材料的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果显示,860℃×1h炉冷至500℃再空冷至室温为轧制前最佳热处理工艺。
TC4 tube was heat treated before cold rolling in WZS-6000 vacuum heat treatment furnace at 800 ℃,860 ℃ and 920 ℃,respectively,holding for 1 h and furnace cooling to 500 ℃ and then cooled in air to room temperature.The microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 tube after heat treatment were studied.The results show that the optimum heat treatment process is at 860 ℃ for 1 h,furnace cooling to 500 ℃ and then air cooling to room temperature.
