摘要
为建立液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)检测番茄中苯醚甲环唑残留的方法,该研究优化了样品前处理以及LC-MS/MS质谱条件(离子化方式为电喷雾电离,以母离子m/z 406.1以及裂解离子m/z 251和m/z 337进行定性分析,定量离子为m/z 251)。结果显示,正己烷提取番茄中苯醚甲环唑效果较好,无需净化可以直接上机检测。方法标准曲线线性良好,R2=0.998,最低检出限为2.0 ng/ml,回收率为80.5%~101.0%,RSD≤4.68%。该方法操作简便、分析时间短、灵敏度高、定性定量准确,检测效率高。
To identify and quantify the difenoconazole in tomato using the liquid chromatography/tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),the sample preparation and the condition of the mass spectrum were optimized.Electric spray ionization was used for ionization,the parent ion m/z 406.1 and fragment ion-pair m/z 251 and m/z 337 were used for qualitative analysis,and m/z 251 was used for quantitative analysis.The result showed that n-hexane used as extract solvent was favorable for the extraction of difenoconazole without purification.Linear results was satisfactory with R2= 0.998.The limits of detection(LOD) was 2.0 ng/ml.Recoveries of the analyte,depending on the matrices and spiked concentration,ranged from 80.5 % to 101.0 % with relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 4.68%.The method developed was simple,rapid and sensitive with accuracy of qualitative and quantitative for the detection of difenoconazole
