Analysis of Filling Ability and Runner System for Thin-Wall Plastic

摘要 简要介绍大型薄壁塑件填充性能的影响因素,并借助于数值模拟技术对薄壁塑件进行了填充分析,在分析基础上对填充性与流道的相关性进行研究。从分析结果可知,流道的设计对薄壁塑件的可填充性能影响非常显著,从而为促进大型薄壁塑件的可填充性提供了借鉴作用。 The influence factor of the large-scale thin-wall plastics filling ability were described. And the filling ability of the thin-wall plastics were analyzed by means of simulation technology. The relativity of the filling ability and runner system were researched based on the analysis. From the analysis result,the runner system played a key role on the filling ability of the plastics which provided the function of use referee for the filling ability of the large-scale thin-wall plastics.
