3.0mm巩膜隧道切口和3.0mm透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除的疗效比较 被引量：5

摘要 目的比较3.0mm巩膜隧道切口和3.0mm透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法将94例(100眼)白内障患者随机分为A、B两组,均行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,其中A组46例(48眼)采用10点3.0mm透明角膜切口,B组48例(52眼)采用10点3.0mm角巩膜缘切口。结果两组术后视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),角膜散光B组小于A组(P<0.05),两组并发症比较无统计学意义。结论在超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术中采用3.0mm角巩膜缘切口的效果优于3.0mm透明角膜切口。
