摘要
经济发展方式转变给高职教育带来高技能人才需求和职业培训与技术服务需求增加、校企合作内驱力增强和高职办学环境优化等良好的发展机遇,高职院校应采取明确人才培养目标,突出高职教育特色;构建"工学结合"人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量;加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,为人才培养和社会服务提供智力保障;优化专业结构,提高人才培养对经济社会发展的适应性;增强社会服务能力,构建校企合作长效机制等策略来抓住机遇实现自身可持续发展。
The transformation of the economic development mode can bring development opportunity for colleges in demand of high-skilled talents,increased needs for vocational training and technical services,strengthening internal motivation to school-enterprise cooperation and enhancing good development environment to vocational education.The paper puts forward some strategies to seize the opportunity to achieve its own sustainable development.Firstly,vocational colleges should take training clear objectives and focus on the characteristic of higher vocational education;secondly,cultivating talents with ＂work-integrated learning＂ model to improve the quality of personnel training;thirdly,strengthening the double-qualified teaching staff construction to provide intellectual protection in personnel training and social services;and then,optimize the specialities structure to improve the adaptability of personnel training on economic and social development;finally,enhance function of social service and build long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation.
