摘要
作为最典型的金属切削加工技术之一,深孔钻削有其重要的研究价值。使用通用有限元软件ANSYS对深孔钻的结构刚度进行了仿真,使用三维建模软件UG建立了深孔钻头的三维实体有限元模型,以深孔钻头为研究对象,在考虑轴力和扭矩的情况下,对深孔钻的扭转刚度和抗压刚度进行了分析,得到了钻头在预定载荷下的应力应变分布和扭矩分布图,并对结果进行了讨论。
As one of the most typical technology of metal machining,deep-hole drilling has an important value for studying.Structure stiffness of deep-hole drill analysis is conducted based on the universal finite element software Ansys,the three dimensional finite element model of deep-hole drill is established,the torsional rigidity and compressive stiffness are analyzed on considering the Axial force and torque focusing on the deep-hole drill,the diagram ditribution of stress and strain as well as the torque distribution are obtained and the results are discussed.
