摘要
为了解决传统产品设计方法不能快速响应客户需求的问题,提出了基于CAD系统和PDM系统集成技术的快速设计方法。通过分析CAD系统和PDM系统间需要交换集成的数据及其表现形式,利用VC++6.0开发出CAD系统和PDM系统的数据接口,实现产品设计BOM及其关联的图文档数据在系统间集成传递。在CAD系统和PDM系统集成的基础上,综合利用PDM系统产品配置功能和CAD系统参数化设计功能快速设计出符合客户需求的产品。重庆某风电装备制造企业产品设计的应用实例也证明了基于CAD系统和PDM系统集成技术的设计方法可以极大提高产品的设计效率。
A rapid design methodology was proposed to solve the problem that traditional design methods cannot response customers' requirements rapidly,which was based on CAD and PDM systems.The integrated transmission of design BOM and relative documents between different systems was achieved,by analyzing data and their patterns of manifestation which need to be exchanged or integrated,and utilizing VC++ to develop the data interface for CAD and PDM.On the basis of the integration of CAD and PDM systems,production that satisfied customers' requirements can be designed by applying functions of PDM configuration and CAD parametrical design.The efficiency and validity of this methodology was proved through the application case in Chongqing wind power manufacturer.
