摘要
在ADAMS中建立了油箱总成及一段车架的6自由度刚柔耦合的多体动力学模型,并以车辆试验场道路油箱和车架上的实测加速度作为输入条件,结合虚拟迭代和有限元技术获取了油箱总成的边界载荷与油箱托挂件上的应力。计算结果与试验结果对比表明,该方法可有效预测油箱托挂件上的动态应力。同时,该计算方法也可应用于车辆的其他托挂零件及总成的疲劳寿命分析和结构优化等方面的研究工作。
A rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamic model with 6 degree-of-freedom of oil tank assembly and a part of frame was built in ADAMS,with measured acceleration of oil tank and frame on the auto proving ground as input conditions.The boundary load of the oil tank assembly and the stress of the oil tank add-on parts were obtained by the virtual iteration and finite element technology.The comparison between the calculation results and test result indicates that this method can effectively predicate dynamic stress of oil tank add-on parts.Meanwhile,this method can also be used in fatigue life analysis and structure optimization of other add-on pars and assemblies of vehicle.
