摘要
介绍了一种使用电机驱动外燃加热的平衡活塞式热压缩机,建立等温模型,并对系统进行理论分析。在不同的温度及充气压力下,对系统的性能进行实验,得出该系统在1.5 MPa充气压力下,热端温度为560℃,冷端温度为40℃,加热功率1500 W,驱动功率120 W,运行频率6 Hz时,压比可以达到1.37。采用外燃加热的方式,可以使用生物质燃料、太阳能、尾气废热等作为热源,应用前景广阔。
A balanced piston thermocompressor based on the external combustion is introduced in this paper.Thermodynamic characteristics analysis was performed.With 1.5 MPa charging pressure, 560℃heating temperature,40℃cooling temperature,6 Hz working frequency,1500 W heating power and 120 W driving power,the pressure ratio of the thermocompressor was achieved to 1.37. With the aid of external combustion,this thermocompressor will have a good application prospect.
