摘要
随着普通高校少数民族大学生这一"特殊群体"数量的日益增加,其因文化差异引起的文化冲击更加凸显。针对此状况,高校教育工作者应注重加强对少数民族大学生的人文关怀,在尊重少数民族大学生母体文化以及宗教信仰的同时,引导其对华夏多元文化的认同。
As the number of the National minority university students increasing day and day in the non-ethnic universities, The cultural collision becomes prominent because of the cultural differences between the Han nationality students and the National minority university students. In view of this situation, The educators in the universities should reinforce the humanistic care to the National minority university students, respect their own culture and religion, at the same time, guide and educate them to identify the HuaXia culture as one national culture.
