稻秆对水泥浆体性能的影响

摘要 通过成型压力20MPa,保压时间30s制备秸秆水泥试样,研究了秸秆掺量和尺寸对试样物理力学性能、吸声系数和导热系数的影响,并且研究了SD-800乳液成膜改性稻秆对试样性能的影响。结果表明:随着稻秆掺量或尺寸的增大,均引起稻秆水泥净浆试块体积密度降低,抗压强度降低,吸声系数提高,导热系数降低,掺成膜稻秆(占水泥质量10%)水泥净浆试样的抗压强度较原稻秆试样提高了6.22 MPa,较原水泥试样平均吸声系数增大了32.8%,导热系数降低了65.6%。 Straw-cement composite was prepared by pressure molding with the pressure 20 MPa,holding time 30 s,the effect of the doping amount and the size of rice straws on the properties of the composite was studied,and the influence of the straw coated by the SD-800 modified acrylic emulsion on the properties of the composite was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the doping amount and the size of the rice straws,the volume density and the compressive strength of the straw-cement paste specimens decreased,the sound absorption coefficient increased and the thermal conductivity decreased.The compressive strength of the cement paste specimens mixed with 10% coated straws increased by 6.22 MPa compared with the samples doped with original rice straws.As comparedwith the original cement samples without straws,the average absorption coefficient increased by 32.8% and the thermal conductivity reduced by 65.6%.
