摘要
利用甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育MICMS系统双低不育系及其保持系和恢复系,研究不育系与恢复系杂交后代中不同育性级别植株的育性归属。结果表明不同育性级别植株的花粉数量、花粉生活力、自交给实率等均存在显著差异,因而育性分级标准中的1级、2级和3级植株均应归入不育株类,仅4级植株为可育株。根据这一归类方法,MICMS恢复基因符合一对显性基因的遗传模式。
The fertility grading system in the progeny of the cross between CMS line and restorer line was studied by using the MI CMS line and its maintainer and restorer in rapeseed (Brassica napus L. ). The results showed that the pollen quantity, the viable pollen ratio and the effective podding ratio were significantly different among various fertility grades. The plants of grade 1, 2 and 3 were classified as male sterile ones, and the plants of grade 4 as male fertile ones. According to the grading system, the ratios of the number of male fertile plants to that of male sterile plants were 3: 1 in F2generation and 1: 1 in BC1 generation, indicating that there exited one pair of dominant fertility restoration gene in MI CMS.
