摘要
介绍了高能螺旋压力机的结构、特点和优越性能,并与其它类型锻造(模锻)压力机进行了多方面的比较。分析了高能螺旋压力机工作时的受力情况,给出了计算方法。对主要件的强度和刚度进行有限元计算和分析,并对压机结构进行了优化设计。
This paper introduces structure,feature and high performance of high power screw press compared with other forging(die forging) press,and analyzes stress situation of press under operating condition to give calculation method.The strength and rigidity of main pieces is carried out finite element calculation and analysis and optimization design is performed for press structure.
