云南某地土壤-农作物中氟含量的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析土壤-农作物中氟含量的相关性.方法采用离子选择电极法,测定土壤及农作物的氟含量;用SPSS统计分析其相关性.结果土壤总氟含量平均值为516.07~571.36 mg/kg,水溶性氟含量平均值为1.10~1.57 mg/kg,农作物含氟量在1.18~3.30 mg/kg之间.相关系数(r)0.867-0.967.结论试验区土壤及农作物均受到氟的污染,土壤的水溶性氟与总氟及农作物间有显著相关性. Objective To analyze the correlation between the fluorine content in farm-soil and that in crops.Method By using ion selective electrode method,the content of fluorine in soils and crops was mensurated,and the correlation between them was analyzed through SPSS.Result The average content of total fluorine in soil ranged from 516.07 to 571.36 mg/kg,and that of the dissolved fluorine was from 1.10 to 1.57 mg/kg,the fluorine content in crops was from 1.18 to 3.30 mg/kg.Among total fluorine,dissolved fluorine and the fluorine content in crops,its correlation coefficient was from 0.867 to 0.967.Conclusion The soils and crops in the study areas have been polluted by fluorine and that there is a significant correlation between the content of total fluorine and of dissolved fluorine in soil and crops.
