摘要
为了提高超限检测工作的效率、减轻超限工作人员的工作强度,实现超限检测的自动化,设计了采用德国SICK公司具有双脉冲技术的二维激光脉冲测距传感器的智能对动态车辆的宽高检测系统。采用激光传感器进行快速测量,利用PC工控机和可视化编程软件VB的网络内核与传感器进行数据的实时传输及处理,同时还设计了界面友好的上位机控制软件。现场试验数据表明,该系统实时性好、测量精度高,具有一定的实用价值。
To increase efficiency and reduce the intensity of work and to achieve the automation of overrun detection,the measurement system of the width and height is designed.This system uses 2-D laser pulse range-finding sensors of SICK Company in German to measure the width and the height of dynamic vehicle.This kind of sensor adopts double pulse technology.This system can transfer and process those real-time data through VB network kernel on PC.At the same time,this system includes an interface of control and operation on PC.The test datasheet in experimentation indicates that this system is real-time,precision and valuable.
