摘要
本文采用文献资料、调查访问、逻辑分析等方法,对中国足球界的"假、赌、黑"等现状进行分析,指出了足坛的"人治"、"运动式执法"等不良现象,进而探讨中国足球的发展靠的是法治而不是自治,运动式执法治标不治本,足球的发展必须回到依法治球的长效法治途径上来。
Applying literature method,survey method,logical analysis and so on,the paper analyses the current situation in the field of Chinese Football,such as ＂matching-fixing,gambling and black whistle＂;points out that the rule of ＂man＂ and ＂sports-style law enforcements＂ are only temporary solution.In a word,the development of Chinese Football must depend on a kind of long-term rule by law enforcement.
