摘要
采用微波消解技术,结合电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了赣南脐橙及其种植土壤中的21种矿物质元素,考察了这些矿物质元素在赣南10个县所产脐橙的肉、皮和对应土壤中的分布情况。结果表明:各元素的平均回收率在77.7%-115.7%之间,相对标准偏差小于9.20%,方法基本能满足实际样品分析的要求;脐橙的肉、皮中均含有丰富的K、Ca、Mg、P等元素,且不同产地的脐橙其矿物质元素的含量存在一定的差异,在种植的土壤中含量丰富的元素大部分在脐橙的肉、皮中含量也高。
A method for the determination of twenty-one trace elements in Gannan navel orange and its planting soil was developed,by using ICP-AES together with Microwave-Assisted Digestion.The distribution of trace elements in the flesh and peel of navel orange and planting soil was explored,in the ten counties of Gannan.The outcome indicated that the average recoveries were various from 77.7% to 115.7%,and the Relative Standard Errors(RSDs) were less than 9.20%.The outcome suggested that the method could be applied to meet the requirements of the real sample analysis:some elements,such as K,Ca,P and Mg,were rich in the flesh and peel of the navel orange,whilst the contents of them were different among origins.Furthermore,the trace elements which were rich in the planting soil had relatively high contents in the flesh and peel of navel oranges as well.
