摘要
对西安植物园引种的珍稀濒危植物银缕梅生长特征及物候进行观测,并对种子的萌发条件及主要化学成分进行了研究分析。结果表明:银缕梅能够较好地适应西安地区的环境与气候,其生长特性及物候与在原产地南京的表现类似,可作为秋季观叶小乔木在陕西省园林绿化中推广。引种至西安的银缕梅能正常开花结实,种子空壳率为20.3%,明显高于原产地。采取剥壳及不同时间酸蚀种壳可缩短银缕梅种子的休眠天数,但不能提高其发芽率。采用1 200 mg.L-1的GA3溶液浸泡24 h,在4℃下层积120 d后,可显著提高银缕梅种子的发芽率(达到71.3%)。银缕梅种子含有粗蛋白(12.45%)和粗脂肪(9.37%)、淀粉(2.41%)和可溶性糖(10.92%),含有钾、钙、镁、锌等矿质元素和17种氨基酸,具有一定的开发利用价值。
Growth characteristics phenology of Parrotia subaequalis introduced in Xi'an Botanical Garden were observed.Germination conditions and chemical composition of the seeds were investigated.The results showed that the introduced P.subaequalis could adapt to the environmental and weather conditions in Xi'an.The phenology and growth situations were similar to those in its original location,Nanjing,and could be used as a small ornamental foliage arbor in garden in the Autumn.The percentage of unfilled seeds of Parrotia subaequalis was 20.3%,higher than its original location.The duration of dormant time could be shortened after removing the hulls of the seeds or treated by sulfuric acid,however,the germination rate of the seed was not improved.GA3 soaking and stratification could increase the seed germination.The best methods for accelerating germination were soaking seeds in 1 200 mg·L-1 GA3 24 h before stratification 120 d,and the germination rate could reach to 71.3%.The contents of crude protein,crude fat,starch,soluble sugar were 12.45%,9.37%,2.41%,a nd 10.92%,respectively,and the minerals such as K,Ca,Mg,and Zn,as well as 17 kinds of amino acid were identified in the seed,indicating its good applicable values.
