摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法分析2006年3月~2009年7月期间收治的36例胫骨平台骨折采用锁定加压钢板手术治疗的患者,评价锁定加压钢板对胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。结果本组36例患者均获随访,随访时间6~24个月,平均12.5个月,复查X线显示骨折均愈合良好,依据Sanders膝关节评分,术后疗效评估优良率达94.5%。结论锁定加压钢板是治疗胫骨平台骨折的一种安全有效的内固定材料,固定效果好,手术创伤小,术后功能恢复好,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of locking compression plate（LCP）for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with tibial plateau fractures undergoing operation of LCP between march in 2006 and July in 2009 were collected and analyzed,The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Resuts All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months,averaged 12.5 months,all fractures were recovered by x-ray review,based on the evaluation of Sanders knee joint function standards.The excellent and good rate was 94.5%.Conclusion Locking compression plate is a safe and effective internal fixation materials for tretment of fractures of the tibial plateau.It has advantages of good fixation effect,less injury and better recovery.It is worth to be extended in clinic.
