低温钠曲线模式对预防血液透析低血压的影响及护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨低温钠曲线模式血液透析对透析中低血压的预防作用及护理方法。方法选择易发生透析低血压的患者25例,采用35℃低温钠曲线模式透析,记录每次透析中0、1、2、3、4h的血压,比较低温钠曲线透析模式对血液透析中低血压的影响。结果采用低温钠曲线模式透析后低血压的发生率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论采用低温钠曲线模式透析有助于维持血流动力学稳定,减少血液透析中低血压的发生,提高透析的安全性。 Objective To explore the preventive effect and nursing of hemodialysis hypotension in use of the low temperature sodium curve mode.Methods Select 25 patients who are prone to dialysis hypotension,use low temperature 35℃ sodium curve model of dialysis,record each dialysis blood pressure in the 0,1,2,3,4 h,compare the influence of hemodialysis hypotension when using the low temperature sodium curve mode.Results The incidence of hypotension is significantly lower when using the mode of low temperature sodium curve.Conclusion It helps maintain the hemodynamic stability,reduce the incidence of hypotension,improve the safety of dialysis when using the low temperature sodium curve mode.
