摘要 针对导弹火工品测试中效率低、安全性差、过程繁琐的问题,提出了基于ARM的火工品自动测试仪设计与实现。采用恒流源放大电路和桥式放大电路分别对小电阻和绝缘电阻进行测量,通过电路平衡设计和调整电阻,降低了测量中的误差影响。ARM控制器通过PC104总线,完成对数字量继电器开关的控制,实现高精度AD采集卡的数据采集。利用EVC开发工具,开发出WindowsCE操作系统下的应用程序。从电磁继电器、印制板制作工艺等方面对系统中存在的电磁干扰进行了抑制。系统具有人机界面良好,操作简单、测试结果准确的优点。 Aimed at the problem of lower efficiency, poor safety, and complicated operation in the test of pyrotechnics, design and realization for pyrotechnics auto_test based on ARM are developed. Small resistance and insulation resistance are measured by constant current amplifier circuit and bridge amplifier circuit separately. In order to reduce the influence of errors, balance circuit and regulation registrant are designed. The ARM processor of tester can control the digital outputs of electrical relay switch and realize the data acquisition of high accuracy AD. By using EVC development tool, application in the Windows CE system is developed. Several solutions to suppress the EMI in circuit design and assembling are proposed in this paper, such as electromagnetic relay suppression, PCB suppression and etc. The sistem has good human-machine interface, easy operation procedure and exact result.
