摘要
采用化学沉淀法处理高浓度含氟废水,考察了沉淀剂用量、沉淀剂配比、溶液pH值、反应温度、搅拌反应时间和静置沉降时间对除氟效果的影响。结果表明,温度在50℃以下,加入n(Ca^(2+))/n(F^-)为2.5的Ca(OH)_2乳液,控制pH值为8.0,搅拌反应10min,静置沉降2h,处理后废水中的氟离子浓度降低至10mg/L以下,达到废水一级排放标准。
The high concentration fluoride wastewater was treated with chemical precipitation method. It was investigated that effect of the fluoride removed was influenced on amount of the precipitant, the ratio,pH of the solution, temperature, the time of mixing, reaction and standing sedimentation. The temperature was under 50 ℃, emulsion of rt(Ca2+)/n(F-) in 2.5,pH 8.0, the reaction time of 10 rain, standing sedimentationtime of 2 h. The results showed that the concentration of fluoride ion was less than 10 mg/L, below the wastewater discharge standards by the treatment.
