摘要
精四氯化钛塔冷凝器是聚丙烯催化剂生产装置回收单元的关键设备,因其失效导致回收单元非计划停工。通过对精四氯化钛塔冷凝器换热管束外观形貌、循环冷却水水质及其流速进行分析,找到了精四氯化钛塔冷凝器失效的原因。微生物黏泥腐蚀导致冷凝器换热管束泄漏,换热效率下降。为了避免精四氯化钛塔冷凝器再次失效,采取了提高循环冷却水流速、换热管材质升级、投加杀菌剂控制细菌数量等措施,减少了微生物黏泥腐蚀的发生,保证了装置的稳定运行。
The condenser for titanium tetrachloride purified column is key equipment in recovery section of production plant for polypropylene catalyst. The leakage from the condenser resulted in the shutdown emergently. The causes of failure on the condenser have been found by observation and analysis to appearance of the tube bundle for heat transfer, circulating cooling water quality and the flow rate. The leakage of tubes resulted from corrosion by microbial slime, then the heat transfer efficiency decreased. In order to prevent the leakage again from corrosion and to ensure the section in stable operation, the following measures have been taken: the cooling water flow increased, material for the heat transfer tube improved and the bactericide used for control the number of bacteria.
