摘要
西方就业理论和我国就业理论,从其基本市场、基本观点、基本方法,基本政策方面看,有着本质的区别,但由于受社会化大生产和市场经济规模的共同影响,也存在着许多相同或相互作用的因素。在我国就业工作面临困难的今天,正确评价两种社会制度的就业理论。
There is an essential distinction between employment theory of the west and ours in its basic stand,viewpoint,method and policy.But owing to the common influence by the socialized big-production and market economic rules, there exist many similar and interplayed factors. Today when we meet with many difficulties in our employment,it is very important to evaluate these two employment theories of the different social systems correctly for the purpose of resolving our employment problems.
