摘要
以工业纯ZrCl4、Si(OC2H5)4为前驱体,通过非水解溶胶-凝胶法合成了硅酸锆。采用DTA-TG和XRD等测试手段研究了凝胶热处理过程中的物相变化。结果表明:当热处理温度为700℃时,随着缩聚反应温度的不断提高,粉体中m-ZrO2晶体衍射峰逐渐增强,但由于煅烧温度较低,此时SiO2为非晶态,因此未形成ZrSiO4晶体。提高煅烧温度至1450℃,方石英型SiO2与ZrO2发生反应形成ZrSiO4。
Zircon has been synthesized by the non-hydrolytic sol-gel route using zirconium tetrachloride and tetraethoxysilane as precursors. The phase transformations of xerogels during the heat treatment were studied by DTA-TG and XRD. The results show that the diffraction peak of m-ZrO2 crystal gradually is increased as the condensation reaction temperature raising when the heat treatment temperature is at 700 ℃. However, ZrSiO4 is not formed due to lower calcination temperature and amorphous SiO2, and The formation of ZrSiO4 is occurred by the reation between cristobalite SiO2 and ZrO2 when the calcination temperature is up to 1 450℃.
