慢性缺氧大鼠肺动脉蛋白激酶C表达变化的免疫组织化学研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了观察慢性缺氧对大鼠肺动脉蛋白激酶C(PKC)表达的影响,将24只大白鼠分为4组,每组6只:正常对照组,缺氧1周组,缺氧2周组,缺氧4周组;应用免疫组织化学技术及计算机图像分析。结果发现:缺氧组肺动脉PKC阳性杂色较对照组增强,积分吸光度值增加(P<0.05)。提示缺氧时大鼠肺动脉PKC表达上调可能参与慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的发病过程。 In order to observe the effects of chronic hypoxia on protein kinase C (PKC) of pulmonary artery in rats, 24 rats were divided into 4 groups (n= 6 in each): control group, one-week hypoxia group, 2-week hypoxia group, and 4-week hypoxia group. By using immunhistochemical technique and computer imaging analysis technique the changes in PKC expression were observed in chronic hypoxic rats. The results showed that PKC positive expression and optical density (OD) in chronic hypoxia group were higher than in control group (P<0. 05), It was suggested that PKC expression in hypoxic pulmonary arteries was upregulated, which indecated that PKC might be involved in the development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
